All lodges are fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, fridge and toaster. Crockery, cutlery, utensils and bed linen are provided. The lodges have two bedrooms and open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room with a bed settee in the lounge area. Each lodge can sleep up to 6 people. There is full gas central heating. Each lodge has access to Sky Tv, some with DVD player. Parking is available beside all lodges. There are between two and five steps at each entrance but inside the accommodation is on one level. |

Lodges 1,2 & 3 have twin beds in both bedrooms. Lodge 4 has a double bed in the main bedroom and bunk beds in the second. The bedrooms all have windows looking towards the river. These lodges all have a shower room. They all have balconies facing trees and shrubs which are a haven for the birds, red squirrels and the occasional hedgehog. | |||||||||
| Lodges 5 & 6 have a double bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. They have a bathroom with shower over the bath. These lodges have balconies facing the river Ericht and a small wooded area. The sound of the river is normally audible from the balconies and it is clearly visible later in the year when the leaves are off the trees. The pictures shown were taken in Lodge 6 |
