By Road: 

From Perth take the A93 to Blairgowrie, go through the centre of town (Wellmeadow), turn left at the traffic lights, cross the river, go up the hill and turn left (Balmoral Road), following signs for A93 Braemar. We are approx 0.75 mile up the Balmoral Road on the left after the B & B 'Shocarjen'

From Dundee take the A923 to Coupar Angus then Blairgowrie, go through the centre of town (Wellmeadow) go straight on at traffic lights, cross the river, go up the hill and turn left (Balmoral Road), following signs for A93 Braemar. We are approx 0.75 mile up the Balmoral Road on the left after the B & B 'Shocarjen'

From Aberdeen at Forfar take A926 to Kirriemuir then Blairgowrie, turn right at post box ( Balmoral Road ) following signs for A93 Braemar. We are approx 0.75 mile up the Balmoral Road on the left after the B & B 'Shocarjen'

By Railway

From Perth Railway Station cross main road to bus depot and take bus to Dundee (No 57) via Blairgowrie. (journey approx 17miles time approx 50mins) From Dundee Railway Station take a taxi to bus station and take the Perth bus (No 57) to Perth Via Blairgowrie. . (journey approx 17miles time approx 50mins)

By Aeroplane

From Edinburgh Airport take the M90 North to Perth and then follow A93 North to Blairgowrie (signposted Braemar). (approx 58miles driving time approx 1.5 hours) From Glasgow Airport follow signs for M80 to Stirling then the M9 (A9) to Perth and then then follow A93 North to Blairgowrie (signposted Braemar). (approx 85miles driving time approx 2 hours)

By Ferry

From Rosyth Terminal take the M90 North to Perth and then follow A93 North to Blairgowrie (signposted Braemar). (approx 48 miles driving time approx 1 hour
